This iconic cosmetics brand began when Elizabeth Arden opened her first salon in 1909. The salon was wildly successful and led Arden opening a chain of salons across Europe and the USA. She also began producing her own face creams, cosmetics and make-up. The first Elizabeth Arden fragrance was Blue Grass - launched in the late 1930s. Since then, best-selling fragrances such as Red Door, Sunflowers, 5th Avenue and Green Tea have made Elizabeth Arden a global brand with a prolific range of fragrances and cosmetics.
