More and more celebrity fragrances just keep being launched. Recording artist Nelly is now launching a new fragrance which will be the signature scent of his Apple Bottoms brand. Apple Bottoms has hooked up with Romane Fragrances, LLC to manufacture and distribute the fragrance.

The Apple Bottoms brand has achieved tremendous success with their jeans, sunglasses, handbags and jewelry. They are hoping the reach the same popularity as they delve into the world of fragrance.

From the press release: “The scent is infused with a sparkling burst of citrus and a touch of pink peony. Sultry rose and a sweet splash of coconut create the floral layers and the sensual, feminine base of the fragrance. The combination of creamy sandalwood, golden amber, velvet musk, and a subtle hint of apple blossoms creates a simply stunning scent that lingers on the skin like a lasting kiss. The Apple Bottoms scent is fresh, alluring and distinctive — like the woman herself.”

The fragrance is expected in stores in fall 2009. The Apple Bottoms by Nelly Eau de Parfum will be priced at $58 USD for a 3.4 oz. bottle and $48 USD for a 1.7 oz. size They will also offer body wash, body lotion and other products. The clear bottle is elegantly designed and accented with a jeweled apple medallion.
