Actress Reese Witherspoon has been an ambassador for Avon for the past two years. This November, she will take it to a new level as the celeb gets her first fragrance.

Reese’s perfume is named “In Bloom.” The floral scent features notes of gardenia, magnolia and jasmine, along with Georgia Peach, according to Women’s Wear Daily and People.com.

“In developing In Bloom, I found myself drawn to the scents of my childhood in Tennessee,” explains Reese.

“We had a great big magnolia tree in the back yard, and it’s that beautiful white blossom that inspired the perfume.”

Like most Avon perfumes, it will be affordable. The launch will feature a limited-edition parfum in a gift box, with a bottle charm of Witherspoon’s monogram, for $59 USD. The regular Eau de Parfum will be priced at $34. The collection will also include bath and body products such as body mist, body lotion and shower gel.

Many celebrities continue to announce fragrance launches. Queen Latifah’s new perfume “Queen” will hit the shelves in September.

“The company is the same company that did Paris Hilton’s perfume and they just did a deal with Jay-Z,” Queen Latifah recently told the press.

“They approached me about developing a scent and I thought if I could create something that is unique to me and special enough for women to want to wear it and maybe some guys, then I will be very happy with that.”
