- Message legs with a refreshing lotion or cream.
- Exercise legs to keep tone and increase circulation
- Fight spider veins and varicose veins by maintaining proper weight
- After a strenuous day on your feet, raise legs above heart level to prevent pooling of blood in legs and aid in circulation
- Alternate low leg impact activities (swimming, biking) with high leg impact activities (running)
- In severe cases of varicose veins, research and choose medical treatments
- Use anti-cellulite creams for temporary reduction of cellulite dimples
- Avoid using dull razors when shaving
