Love in White from the House of Creed – one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious fragrance companies – comes as one the company’s latest in women’s fragrance. CEO Olivier Creed hoped that the newest ladies’ scent would capture “an element of nature that connects all humanity” which he particularly felt in tune with during his travels upon the open seas.

Love in WhiteLove in White is a hand-crafted blend consisting citrus and (mainly) floral elements. The House of Creed spares no expense in the pursuit of high-class and authentic ingredients from places in the world considered to be the most exotic. For its hint of citrus, Love in White incorporates orange zest acquired from the beautiful plains of southern Spain. White jasmine from the picturesque coast of Italy, daffodil from the French Riviera, iris from Egypt, and Magnolia from the mountains of Guatemala constitute the floral ingredients blended together to form the scent. Supplemental elements include iridescent rice husks from Tonkin and vanilla from the Island of Java.

The white pear-shaped bottle of the perfume with a light-silver ribbon around its ‘neck’ is, according to Olivier Creed, poetically meant to evoke “the shoulders of a feminine figure as she rests upon white sands caressed by the ocean¹s gentle current.” The silver ribbon should convey “sunshine dancing on the Aegean Sea.”
