After a fun summer of minimal make-up, bathing suits, ponytails, and casual clothes, it’s now time to think about changing gears as school starts.
For some, fashion isn’t an issue due to the increasing number of schools that have adopted school uniforms. When purchasing school clothes, it is suggested to choose 2-3 tops per bottom. Your tops will be more noticed than your jeans. Even with school uniforms, you can probably wear the bottoms 2x, tops should be worn once so that deodorant and cologne doesn’t set into the fabric. Rotating clothes will keep them new looking longer. Keep one of the uniform tops aside for times when a “good” top may be needed. You will be glad you did at the end of the year.
It’s time to brush out the sand from the beach and get hair styled. Choose an easy and simple style that will allow you a few extra moments in bed instead of in front of the mirror. Take time to deep condition and then start a healthy hair routine to maintain beautiful hair.
Have a morning make up routine that is the same everyday. It will make getting back into the school routine easier if you can get up and out the door quickly in the morning. Save the fancy stuff for the weekends and special after school activities.
Easy to care for hair, an esy and quick make routine, and clean fashionable clothes will make everyone forget up the summer style you had.
